The distinctive perspective of the Azariqah Kharijist on religion and governance led to the formation of a new style of Islamic government separate from Arab tribalism. This perspective attracted people in the areas under their control. The Azariqah's policy of tolerance towards other religions and Islamic sects, contrary to the harsh policies they had towards supporters of the caliphate's official religion, resulted in the coexistence of religions such as Zoroastrianism and minor Islamic sects with the Kharijist. This article, using a descriptive and analytical method, seeks to identify the social and political consequences of the Azariqah rule in the region of Kerman during the 7th and 8th centuries CE. The Azariqah Kharijist, who were distant from the center of the caliphate, turned Kerman into a center for activism and the propagation of their heterodox views. The discord between the people of Kerman and the caliphate, as well as the favorable geography of Kerman and Sistan for the Kharijist's needs and objectives, led to social and political changes concerning the interactions between Iranians and the caliphate apparatus.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; padding: 15px; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">ازارقه یکی از فرق خوارج بودند که در سیستان و کرمان حکومتی بر پایه اعتقادات خوارج تشکیل دادند. تفاوت نگاه خوارج ازارقه از دین و حکومت باعث شد تا سبکی جدید از حکومت اسلامی جدا از پایه عصبیت عربی شکل گیرد و این نگاه باعث جذب مردم در نواحی تحت امرشان شد. سیاست مدارا با ادیان دیگر و فرق مذهبی اسلام از سوی ازارقه، بر خلاف سیاست خشنی که در ارتباط با طرفداران دین حکومتی خلافت داشتند، باعث همزیستی ادیانی چون زرتشتی و فرق کوچک مذهبی با خوارج گردید. این مقاله به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی به دنبال بازشناسی پیامد‌های اجتماعی و سیاسی حکومت ازارقه در ناحیه کرمان و طی قرون اول و دوم هجری قمری می‌باشد. خوارج ازارقه که از مرکز خلافت دور بودند، کرمان را به مرکزی برای کنشگری و تبلیغ دگراندیشی خود تبدیل نمودند. ناهمطرازی مردم کرمان با خلافت و نیز مساعد بودن جغرافیای کرمان و سیستان با فضای مورد نیاز و مطلوب خوارج، باعث شد تحولات اجتماعی و سیاسی در ارتباط با کنش میان ایرانیان و دستگاه خلافت بوجود آید.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/119/102
