The researcher posits that economic problems, varying in quantity and quality within each society, and the methods for measuring them, have different impacts on individuals in the community due to their diverse material and psychological characteristics. These material weaknesses not only drive underprivileged individuals toward establishing illicit relationships but also pave the way for violent crimes. Moreover, they inflict severe psychological and emotional harm on the victims, predominantly women who are unsupported or poorly supported. The researcher seeks to elucidate and enumerate how financial problems affect material and unethical behaviors, specifically crimes against chastity below adultery, thereby raising awareness of the overlooked psychological damages in social relationships.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; padding: 15px; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">محقق در این تحقیق سعی دارد عوامل موثر بر ضعف اقتصادی در معانی مطلق یا نسبی آن که موجب کاهش و یا افزایش میزان بزهکاری خصوصاً موضوع جرایم منافی عفت می شود را مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار دهد. آنچکه محقق و مسلم است مشکلات اقتصادی که ازکمیت و کیفیت مختلفی در هر جامعه برخوردار است و چگونگی سنجش میزان آن نیز متفاوت می باشد تاثیرآن نسبت به افراد مختلف در جامعه نظر به دارا بودن ویژگی های مادی و روانی ناهمگون و غیر همگن، مختلف خواهد بود. این مشکلات و ضعف مادی نه تنها عامل موثر در سوق اشخاص کم بضاعت به برقراری روابط ناشروع می گردد. بلکه بستر ساز وقوع جرایم خشن و مهمتر نیز می گردد و از نظر روانی و روحی آسیب های جدی بر بزه دیدگان که عمدتاً زنان بی و بد سرپرست هستند وارد می آورد. محقق در این تحقیق سعی دارد با شمارش و تشریح چگونگی تاثیر مشکلات مالی نسبت به رفتارهای مادی و غیر اخلاقی بزه های منافی عفت مادون زنا مخاطب را متوجه درک آسیب های روانی مغفول در روابط اجتماعی گرداند.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/121/104
