Journal Article 1403 01 19 <p>In today's world, changes resulting from new technologies have significantly impacted human life and the learning processes of students, seriously challenging traditional methods of education. It has only been a few decades since the term "educational technology" has found its place in the global educational culture. Educational technology encompasses the systematic design, implementation, and evaluation of the entire learning and teaching process based on specific objectives and research outcomes in human learning, communication, and the use of a combination of human and non-human resources to create more effective education. Thus, we are faced with the study and ethical practice through the creation, application, and management of appropriate technological resources and processes to facilitate learning and improve performance. In this regard, the fundamental issue of education from the perspective of social sciences is extremely significant. This issue, particularly in the legal and especially human rights approach, asserts itself as a universal right. As a human right, education is a universal right for all humans. This right also serves as a means to achieve other human rights and a tool for social and economic empowerment. The fundamental issue of education on one hand and educational content on the other are significant topics of the world's educational systems, which, along with teaching tools and methods, collectively strive to prepare generations for the acceptance of global and local cultures. By accepting the right to education and emphasizing socialization, it is the duty of democratic governments to embed the teachings of democracy and rights into new generations. In fact, democratic principles and traditions must be taught so that people become aware of and appreciate their opportunities and responsibilities as free citizens. Teaching democracy is not limited to traditional knowledge learning but should be promoted through other means as well. Today, the term "educational technology" carries a progressive and evolved concept, and its scope of utilization is not merely confined to the use of educational materials and tools; it embodies a broader and more modern concept. Today, to clarify educational matters, diversify the means of the teaching process, and elucidate lesson content, the use of educational aids by teachers is inevitable.</p> <p>در دنیای امروز، تغییرات ناشی از فناوری‌های جدید تاثیر به سزایی بر روند زندگی انسان‌ها و فرایند یادگیری دانش آموزان داشته و با روش‌های سنتی آموزش به طور جدی به مقابله برخواسته است. چند دهه‌ای بیش نیست که اصطلاح تکنولوژی آموزشی جایی برای خود در فرهنگ تعلیم و تربیت جهان اختصاص داده است. تکنولوژى آموزشی، طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی نظام‌مند تمامی فرآیند یادگیری و آموزشی بر اساس هدف‌های مشخص و نتایج تحقیقات، در زمینه‌های یادگیری انسانی، ارتباط و همچنین به‎کار گرفتن مجموعه‌ای از منابع انسانی و غیر انسانی به‌منظور ایجاد آموزش مؤثرتر است. به این ترتیب، ما با مطالعه و عمل اخلاقی از طریق ایجاد، کاربرد و مدیریت منابع و فرایندهای فناورانهٔ مناسب به منظور تسهیل یادگیری و بهسازی عملکرد مواجه هستیم. در ارتباط با همین موضوع، اصل مساله آموزش از منظر علوم اجتماعی، مساله‌ای به غایت قابل توجه است. مساله‌ای که در رویکرد حقوقی و به ویژه حقوق بشری، به مثابه یک حق جهانی عرض اندام می‌کند.به عنوان یک حق بشری، تحصیل (آموزش) حقی جهانی برای بشر است. این حق، همچنین وسیله‌ای برای دست یافتن به سایر حقوق بشر و ابزار قدرت بخش اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. اصل مساله آموزش از یک سو و محتوای آموزشی از سوی دیگر، موضوعات قابل توجه نظام‌های آموزشی دنیا هستند که در کنار ابزارها و متدهای آموزش، روی هم رفته در آماده سازی نسل‌های بشر برای پذیرش فرهنگ جهانی و بومی تلاش می‌کنند. با پذیرش حق بر آموزش و تاکید بر جامعه پذیری، تکلیف حکومت‌های دموکرات تعبیه آموزه‌های دموکراسی و حقوق به نسل‌های جدید است. در حقیقت، اصول و رسوم دموکراتیک باید آموزش داده شوند تا مردم از امكانات و مسوولیت هایشان به عنوان شهروندان آزاد آگاه شوند و قدر آن‌ها را بدانند.آموزش دموکراسی به یادگیری سنتی دانش منحصر نمی‌شود، بلکه باید آن را از راه‌های دیگری نیز ترویج کرد. امروزه اصطلاح «تکنولوژی آموزشی» مفهومی مترقی و تکامل یافته را به همراه دارد و زمینه بهره گیری از آن صرفا به کاربرد مواد و وسایل آموزشی خلاصه نمی‌شود؛ بلکه مفهومی وسیعتر و جدیدتر به همراه دارد. امروزه برای شفاف کردن امور آموزش، متنوع کردن وسایل فرآیند تدریس و روشن کردن مطالب درسی، استفاده از وسایل کمک آموزشی توسط معلمان، امری اجتناب ناپذیر است.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/166/122
