The main research question is what factors led to Khanali’s martyrdom and what consequences it had for the teachers’ movement and Iranian society. The secondary questions include: What were the living and social conditions of teachers during that period? What were the main demands of teachers? And what factors led to the formation of teachers' labor protests? The main hypothesis of the study is that Khanali’s martyrdom was a turning point in the history of teachers’ labor struggles in Iran and inspired many teachers to continue their struggles. Using the historical-documentary method, including contemporary memoirs and relevant sources, this study demonstrates that various factors such as the poor living conditions of teachers, the repressive policies of the Pahlavi regime, and inspiration from other social movements played a role in the formation of teachers’ labor protests and Khanali’s martyrdom. Furthermore, his martyrdom intensified protests and increased public awareness regarding teachers’ rights.</p> <p>این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر شهادت دکتر ابوالحسن خانعلی به عنوان اولین شهید اعتراضات صنفی معلمان در دوره پهلوی دوم و تحلیل تأثیرات این رویداد بر جنبش معلمان و جامعه ایران انجام شده است. سوال اصلی پژوهش این است که چه عواملی باعث شهادت خانعلی شد و چه پیامدهایی برای جنبش معلمان و جامعه ایران در پی داشت؟ سوالات فرعی عبارتند از: وضعیت معیشتی و اجتماعی معلمان در آن دوره چگونه بود؟ مطالبات اصلی معلمان چه بود؟ و چه عواملی باعث شکل‌گیری اعتراضات صنفی معلمان شد؟ فرضیه اصلی پژوهش این است که شهادت خانعلی نقطه عطفی در تاریخ مبارزات صنفی معلمان ایران بوده و الهام‌بخش بسیاری از معلمان برای ادامه مبارزات شده است. با استفاده از روش تحلیل اسناد تاریخی، خاطرات معاصران و منابع مرتبط، این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عوامل متعددی از جمله وضعیت نامناسب معیشتی معلمان، سرکوبگری حکومت پهلوی و الگوگیری از جنبش‌های اجتماعی دیگر، در شکل‌گیری اعتراضات صنفی و شهادت خانعلی نقش داشته‌اند. همچنین، شهادت وی باعث تشدید اعتراضات و افزایش آگاهی عمومی نسبت به حقوق معلمان شده است.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/230/318
