The study investigates whether Imam Khomeini, in relation to social and political events, embodied the highest degree of tawakkul. To achieve this aim, the research is structured into two main sections. The first part discusses the definition of tawakkul and its essential characteristics from the perspectives of the Qur'an, Islamic traditions (hadith), and the writings of mystics (ʿurafāʾ). The second part analyzes specific incidents and events throughout the socio-political life of Imam Khomeini and his corresponding responses, particularly through the lens of reliance on divine trust. This research, conducted using a descriptive-analytical method, reveals that Imam Khomeini possessed the highest level of tawakkul, based on his ethical and mystical attributes. For instance, in the face of deeply challenging events—such as the death of his son or during his return from exile to Iran—his composed and succinct response of "nothing" to a journalist's inquiry symbolized profound courage, complete submission to divine decree, and detachment from both praise and blame. These traits, considered among the most distinguishing features of a person who truly practices tawakkul, were deeply embedded in Imam Khomeini’s character.</p> <p>این نوشتار، آثار مقام توکل در سطوح مختلف زندگی امام خمینی(ره)، به‌ویژه در بعد اجتماعی و سیاسی، این شخصیت والا مقام را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. این پژوهش با بررسی آثار و متون ایشان به این مدعای اصلی می‌پردازد که آیا امام خمینی(ره) در ارتباط با حوادث، در بعد اجتماعی و سیاسی، دارای بالاترین مرتبه توکل بوده‌اند یا نه؟ به این منظور برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، این موضوع در دو بخش کلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است: بخش اول - معنای توکل و لوازم ویژگی‌های آن از نگاه قرآن، روایات و آثار عرفا و در بخش دوم - حوادث و اتفاقات پیش آمده در طول زندگی اجتماعی و سیاسی امام خمینی (ره) و کنش ایشان نسبت به آن مسائل از زاویه بهره گیری از توکل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است . این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی سامان یافته ، نشان می‌دهد که امام خمینی (ره) با توجه به ویژگی‌های اخلاقی و عرفانی خود دارای بالاترین مرتبه از توکل بودند؛ چرا که امام در حوادثی همچون فوت فرزندشان و یا در هنگام بازگشت از تبعید به ایران با جواب «هیچ» در پاسخ خبرنگار، نشان دادند که شجاعت داشتن و راضی بودن به قضای الهی و بی تفاوتی نسبت به مدح وذم دیگران که از شاخص ترین ویژگی‌های فرد متوکل است در وجود ایشان بخوبی نهادینه شده است.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/275/453
