Journal Article 1403/07/09 <p class="Abstract"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The political thought of Abu Zayd is founded upon secularism and humanism. He views government as a worldly, non-religious, and non-sacred phenomenon. From his perspective, democracy represents the most appropriate system within the current discourse, as it safeguards the interests of the majority. He asserts that the principle of shura (consultation) in the Qur’an possesses the capacity to evolve along the path of democracy. It should be noted that several theories have been proposed regarding the origin of the state, the most prominent of which include: divine creation, coercive foundation, genetic determinism, establishment based on human nature, and emergence through the social contract. The present question, therefore, is whether Abu Zayd formulated a systematic theory of the state. Our hypothesis is that within Abu Zayd’s political thought, the theory of the state appears only in the form of a schema of the liberal state.</span></p> <p>اندیشه سیاسی ابوزید بر سکولاریسم و اومانیسم بنا شده است.او حکومت را امری زمینی، غیر دینی و غیر قابل تقدیس می‌داند از نگاه او نظام دموکراسی بهترین نظام در گفتمان فعلی است چرا که منافع اکثریت در آن رعایت شده است.او می‌گوید، اصل اندیشه شورا در قرآن، قابلیت حرکت در مسیر دموکراسی را دارد. لازم به گفتن است که در رابطه با منشأ پیدایش دولت، نظریاتی مطرح شده است که مهمترین آن‌ها: الهی بودن، بر مبنای زور قرار داشتن، بر اساس ژنتیک واقع شدن، بر طبیعت انسان استقرار یافتن و همچنین بر اساس قرارداد اجتماعی پدیدار شدن است. اکنون سوال این است که، آیا ابوزید نظریه‌ای روشمند در مورد دولت دارد؟ فرضیه ما این است که در اندیشه سیاسی ابوزید نظریه دولت، تنهابه صورت طرح واره دولت لیبرال مطرح شده است.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/278/493
