The aim of this study is to identify the primary, secondary, and organizing themes of the critical factors raised by slacktivists concerning the COVID-19 crisis in Iran. The approach of this research is qualitative, with data collected through exploratory interviews until theoretical saturation was reached, involving 10 experts in communication and health. The thematic analysis method was used for data analysis. Six organizing themes were identified: "government performance, lack of statistical and informational dissemination from official networks and institutions, dissemination of non-scientific content, rumors, lack of oversight on individuals' activities in cyberspace, and the weakness of specialized and responsible groups in providing accurate information." Slacktivists specifically criticized the government's failures in controlling the spread of COVID-19. They pointed out that some countries were able to respond more effectively to the pandemic. These critiques are grounded in the belief that structural challenges in the health and social systems, along with the weakness of responsible institutions in providing accurate information, contributed to the inadequate control of the COVID-19 crisis.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <p>دوری فیزیکی در همه‌گیری کرونا افراد را به سمت استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی بالاخص شبکه‌های اجتماعی برد و اسلکتیویست‌ها به عنوان کاربران شبکه‌های اجتماعی دغدغه‌های خود را بیان کردند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش به دست آوردن مضامین اصلی و فرعی و سازمان دهنده عوامل مورد انتقاد اسلکتیویست<strong>‌ها </strong>در مورد بحران کرونا<strong> (</strong>كوو<strong>ی</strong>د 19) در ایران<strong> می‌</strong>باشد.<strong> </strong>رو<strong>ی</strong>كرد پژوهش حاضر از نوع ك<strong>ی</strong>فى بوده و جمع‌آورى اطلاعات از طر<strong>ی</strong>ق مصاحبه اکتشافی تا رس<strong>ی</strong>دن به اشباع با 10 نفر از خبرگان ارتباطات و سلامت صورت گرفت. براى تحل<strong>ی</strong>ل داده‌ها از روش تحل<strong>ی</strong>ل مضمون استفاده شد.<strong> </strong>شش مضمون سازمان دهنده « عملکرد دولت، عدم ارائه آمار و اطلاعات از شبکه‌ها و نهادهای رسمی، ارائه مطالب غیر علمی، شایعات، عدم وجود نظارت بر فعالیت افراد در فضای مجازی،ضعف گروه‌های متخصص و مسئول در ارائه اطلاعات » از مواردی است که اسلکتیویست‌ها بدان انتقاد داشتند.<strong> </strong>اسلکتیویست‌ها به طور خاص به ناکامی‌های دولت در کنترل شیوع کرونا انتقاد کرده‌اند.<strong> آن‌ها </strong>به این نکته اشاره می‌کنند که برخی کشورها توانسته‌اند به طور مؤثرتری در برابر کرونا عمل کنند. این انتقادات بر این باور استوار است که چالش‌های ساختاری در سیستم‌های بهداشتی و اجتماعی و ضعف نهادهای مسئول در ارائه اطلاعات دقیق سبب شد بحران کرونا به خوبی کنترل نشود.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/283/184
