The discourse representations of neo-archaists indicate that they have a special psychological structure that can fuel cultural and intergroup encounters (between supporters of ancient culture and Islam). Othering and Identifying Islam as a source of destruction; Considering the position of ancient culture and Islam as unequal; considering the Islamic Republic and its agents as the root of misfortunes; and the feeling of ontological fear, worthlessness, anger, and disgust are among these characteristics. Using the opinions of social psychologists such as "Pratto," " Glasford," "Kelman," "Nadler," "Janoff-Bulman," and "Werther," the present article proposes the assumption that need-based Identity politics is necessary to avoid the aggressiveness of the neo-archaists. In this regard, cultural policymakers must first identify their previous shortcomings and then, by removing them, in their new programs, they should fulfill the three fundamental and psychological needs of the social identity of neo-archaists, which are as follows: a sense of "self- esteem," "belonging," and " self-integrity". Thus, it is very possible for groups to avoid conflict and move towards compromise.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; padding: 15px; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">اینک‌زمان هستیِ ایران با کیستی‌جویانِ جوان یا «نوباستان‌گرایان» روبه‌روست، کسانی که فرهنگِ باستان را گنجینه‌ی معناییِ گوهرین و بخشنده‌ی هویتی برین می‌شناسند. بازنمایی‌های گفتمانیِ نوباستان‌گرایان نشان می‌دهد آن‌ها روان‌ساختِ ویژه‌ای دارند که می‌تواند به برخوردهای فرهنگی و میان‌گروهی (میانِ هوادارانِ فرهنگِ باستان و اسلام) دامن بزند. دگرسازی و اسلام را مایه‌ی تباهی شناسایی کردن؛ جایگاهِ فرهنگِ باستان و اسلام را نابرابر دانستن؛ جمهوریِ اسلامی و کارگزارانِ آن را ریشه‌ی بدبختی‌ها انگاشتن؛ و احساسِ هراسِ هستی‌شناختی، بی‌ارزشی، خشم، و بیزاری از این ویژگی‌ها به شمار می‌روند. نوشتارِ کنونی با بهره‌گیری از آرای روان‌شناسانِ اجتماعی - چون «پراتو،» «گلاسفورد،» «کلمن،» «نادلر،» «ژاناف – بولمن،» و «ورتر» - این انگاره را پیش می‌نهد که برای اینکه نوباستان‌گرایی به ستیزه‌های معنایی نینجامد، سیاست‌گذاریِ هویتیِ نیازپایه بایسته است. در این زمینه، نخست دستگاهِ سیاست‌گذاریِ فرهنگی باید کاستی‌های پیشینِ خود را شناسایی کند و سپس، با زدودنِ آن‌ها، در برنامه‌ریزی‌های تازه‌ی خویش سه نیازِ بنیادین و روان‌شناختیِ هویتِ اجتماعیِ نوباستان‌گرایان – احساسِ «خودارجمندی،» «دل‌بستگی،» و «یکپارچگیِ خود» – را برآورده سازد. بدین‌گونه بسیار شدنی است که گروه‌ها از تازش به سوی سازش بگریزند.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/38/26
