Studying the impact of cultural programs of universities as a subset of the higher education system in the country's development process is one of the significant solutions that can identify the capabilities and functions of cultural activity. The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of cultural programs of the university on the political participation of students with the mediating role of political intelligence (a case study of Arak University students). The research method is descriptive-analytical and survey type. The statistical population is all the students of the technical and engineering faculty in the number of 2340 people, among whom 181 people were selected as a statistical sample by a non-random method according to Morgan's table. The tool for collecting information is Farajzadeh's standard political participation questionnaires (2013), Fariz et al.'s political intelligence (2005) and researcher-made questionnaires of university cultural activities. The reliability of political participation questionnaires (α = 0.88), university cultural programs (α = 0.87), political intelligence (α = 0.79) was calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method, and content validity It was also approved by the opinion of professors and experts. To check the normality of the distribution of the variables, the Kolmogorov Smirnov test was used to test the hypotheses of the research, the correlation method was used based on post-event observations and with step-by-step regression analysis under spss software. The results showed that university cultural programs do not have a significant effect on students' political participation and their relationship pattern is not direct (P&gt;0.05), and the effect of university cultural programs on political intelligence was not observed (P&gt;0.05). But political intelligence has a significant effect on the level of political participation (P &lt; 0.05). It was also confirmed that political intelligence plays a mediating role in the relationship between university cultural programs and the level of political participation of students (P &lt; 0.05). &lt;). According to the respondents, political intelligence increases the political participation of students, but the cultural programs of the university do not have this ability.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; padding: 15px; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">یکی از ابعاد بسیار مهم توسعه ملی، توسعه و باروری فرهنگ حاکم بر جامعه است. مطالعه تاثیر برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه‌ها به عنوان زیرمجموعه نظام‌اموزش‌عالی در فرایند توسعه کشور از جمله راه‌کار قابل توجهی است که می‌توان توانمندی‌ها و کارکردهای فعالیت فرهنگی را شناخت. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه برمشارکت سیاسی دانشجویان با نقش میانجی هوش سیاسی (مطالعه موردی دانشجویان دانشگاه اراک) انجام شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تمامی دانشجویان دانشکده فنی‌و‌مهندسی به تعداد۲۳۴۰ نفر می‌باشد که از بین آنها با توجه به جدول مورگان ۱۸۱ نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش غیرتصادفی از افراد دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مشارکت‌سیاسی فرج‌زاده (۱۳۹۳)، هوش‌سیاسی فریز و همکاران (۲۰۰۵) و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته فعالیت‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه می‌باشد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌های مشارکت‌سیاسی (88/0 α =)، برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه (87/0 α =)، هوش‌سیاسی (79/0 =α) با روش آلفای‌کرونباخ محاسبه و تایید شد و روایی محتوایی نیز با نظر اساتید و کارشناسان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع متغیرها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، برای آزمون فرضیات تحقیق از روش همبستگی بر اساس مشاهده‌های پس رویدادی و با تحلیل‌رگرسیون گام به‌گام تحت نرم-افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه بر میزان مشارکت‌سیاسی دانشجویان دارای تاثیر معناداری نمی-باشد و الگوی رابطه آنها مستقیم نمی‌باشد (05/0P&gt;) همچنین تاثیر برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه بر هوش‌سیاسی مشاهده نگردید (05/0P&gt;) اما هوش‌سیاسی بر میزان مشارکت‌سیاسی به صورت معناداری تاثیر دارد (05/0P&lt;) همچنین تایید شد که هوش‌سیاسی در ارتباط بین برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه و میزان مشارکت سیاسی دانشجویان نقش میانجی دارد (05/0P&lt;). طبق نظر پاسخ دهندگان هوش‌سیاسی باعث افزایش مشارکت سیاسی دانشجویان می‌گردد اما برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاه این توانایی را ندارد.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/39/27
