Journal Article 1403 12 21 <p>The metaverse, as a new technology in the digital world, is poised to transform human life in the near future—so much so that entering the metaverse may be likened to humanity's transition into a new era. Like other communication tools, this platform has the potential to bring about social transformations and even influence beliefs and values. Accordingly, the present study conducts a sociological analysis of the opportunities and threats posed by the metaverse in the context of Iran’s economic and social development. From a goal-oriented perspective, this is an applied research study. Following the identification and extraction of strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities of the metaverse in the field of Iran’s economic and social development, a quantitative study was conducted to design a model and ensure the validity and appropriateness of the proposed framework. For this purpose, the model of strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities of the metaverse in economic and social development was examined using factor analysis. Based on the results, the components related to the strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities of the metaverse in this domain were validated. In this regard, establishing interaction protocols and standards, clarifying the legal dimensions of this space and its generated content, and enhancing governance in this realm are among the most important tasks facing policymakers and legislators. Therefore, ensuring cybersecurity and privacy, identifying potential risks in the metaverse, strengthening governance through a balance of security and freedom in the metaverse, and raising public awareness and education via the media for proper user engagement are deemed essential.</p> <p>متاورس به عنوان تکنولوژی جدید در دنیای دیجیتال بزودی زندگی بشر را دگرگون خواهد کرد، به گونه‌ای که می‌توان ورود به متاورس را ورود انسان به عصر جدید خواند. این ابزار می‌تواند همچون سایر ابزارهای ارتباطی سبب تحولات اجتماعی و حتی باورها و ارزش‌ها شود؛ بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر به تحلیل جامعه شناختی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای متاورس در توسعه اقتصادی اجتماعی ایران می‌پردازد. این پژوهش از بُعد هدف؛ یک پژوهش کاربردی است. پس از شناسایی و استخراج نقاط قوت و ضعف و چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متاورس در زمینه توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی ایران، به جهت طراحی الگو و اطمینان از صحت و مناسبت مدل طراحی شده برای نقاط قوت و ضعف و چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متاورس در زمینه توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی ایران، یک مطالعه کمّی انجام شده است. بدین منظور الگوی نقاط قوت و ضعف و چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متاورس در زمینه توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی ایران، با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته تا بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده مولفه‌های نقاط قوت و ضعف و چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متاورس در زمینه توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی ایران مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در این راستا تعیین پروتکل­ها و استانداردهای تعاملی و تبیین ابعاد حقوقی این فضا و محتواهای تولید شده در آن و تقویت حکمرانی در این قلمرو از مهم‌‌ترین کارهای پیش روی سیاستگذاران و قانونگذاران بوده و بر این اساس تامین امنیت سایبری و حریم خصوصی، شناسایی ریسک­های احتمالی در متاورس، تقویت حاکمیت با توازن امنیت و آزادی در متاورس و آگاه سازی و آموزش مردم توسط رسانه‌ها جهت استفاده صحیح کاربران از متاورس ضروری خواهد بود.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/445/429
