Nevertheless, during its first decade, it encountered a fundamental challenge concerning the cohesion and solidarity of political elites. Using a descriptive–explanatory method and drawing on library and documentary sources, this article analyzes the roots and consequences of divergence among political elites following the victory of the Revolution. The findings demonstrate that the absence of institutionalized mechanisms for managing conflicting viewpoints, the predominance of revolutionary fervor over political rationality, and the lack of consensus regarding the state-building project were the principal factors contributing to elite divergence. The article also examines the effects of this fragmentation on the weakening of political stability, the escalation of political violence, and the deceleration of the institution-building process. Finally, it emphasizes the importance of revitalizing the concept of elite cohesion to ensure the future sustainability of the Islamic Republic.</p> <p>انقلاب اسلامی ایران به‌مثابه یکی از تحولات ژرف قرن بیستم، به‌رغم مشارکت گسترده اقشار مختلف اجتماعی و نخبگان گوناگون در مراحل آغازین، در دهه نخست با چالشی بنیادین در سطح انسجام و همبستگی نخبگان مواجه شد. این مقاله با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی–تبیینی و با اتکا بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی، به تحلیل ریشه‌ها و پیامدهای واگرایی نخبگان سیاسی پس از پیروزی انقلاب می‌پردازد. مقاله نشان می‌دهد که نبود سازوکارهای نهادمند برای مدیریت تضاد دیدگاه‌ها، غلبه فضای انقلابی بر عقلانیت سیاسی، و نبود وفاق بر سر پروژه دولت‌سازی، مهم‌ترین عوامل واگرایی نخبگان بودند. همچنین تأثیر این گسست در تضعیف ثبات سیاسی، افزایش خشونت سیاسی و کند شدن روند نهادسازی بررسی شده است. این مقاله بر اهمیت بازیابی مفهوم همبستگی نخبگان برای پایداری جمهوری اسلامی در آینده نیز تأکید دارد.</p> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/554/589
