They are regarded as fundamental pillars of social, economic, and environmental development, serving as the most important and key element in human life necessities and playing a crucial role in political, economic, and cultural interactions, as well as in the sustainability of the development process. The research method of the present study is based on library-analytical studies and is applied in terms of its purpose. Management of urban and rural runoff includes the control of wasted and excessive water flow and the improvement of water supply and drainage networks; systems for collecting and controlling surface waters resulting from rainfall are important components of planning and development in urban and non-urban areas, and any negligence in their proper design can cause problems for urban communities. Lack of attention to this can lead to some significant challenges in the path of the country's sustainable development. The research results indicate that the control and management of surface runoff through the expansion of dam industries and downstream dam industries, as well as the creation of green spaces and forest and plant coverings, and the implementation of a set of measures in watershed management, such as the construction of barriers like levees, have a significant impact on enhancing the country's sustainable development.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; padding: 15px; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">منابع انرژی آب علاوه بر اینکه حیاتیترین عنصر در تداوم زندگی انسآن‌ها محسوب می‌شود، بلکه در مرکز فرآیند توسعه پایدار جوامع معاصر مختلف و از جمله در ایران قرار دارد و از ارکان اساسی توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی و محیط زیست سالم محسوب و به عنوان مهم‌ترین و کلیدی‌ترین عنصر نیاز حیات بشری و عامل حیاتی در تعاملات سیاسی و اقتصادی و فرهنگی و در پایداری فرآیند توسعه ایفای نقش مینماید. روش پژوهش حاضر، مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخآن‌های- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. مدیریت رواناب در مناطق شهری و غیر شهری، شامل کنترل جریان هدر رفت و هرز آب‌ها و اصلاح شبکه‌های آب‌رسانی و زهکشی تعریف گردیده؛ سیستم‌های جمع‌آوری و کنترل آب‌های سطحی ناشی از بارندگی از اجزاء مهم برنامه‌ریزی و عمران مناطق شهری و غیر شهری هستند و هرگونه سهل انگاری در طراحی صحیح آن‌ها می‌تواند برای جوامع شهری مشکل آفرین باشد. عدم توجه به آن باعث برخی چالش‌های مهم در مسیر توسعه پایدار کشور می‌گردد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که کنترل و مدیریت روان آب‌های سطحی از طریق گسترش صنایع سدسازی و صنایع پائین دست سدها و همچنین ایجاد فضای سبز و پوشش‌های درختان جنگلی و گیاهی و انجام مجموعه اقداماتی در حوزه آبخیزداری از قبیل احداث موانعی چون سیل بندها، تاثیر بسزایی در ارتقای توسعه پایدار کشور دارند.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/62/49
