Since a desirable and effective consensus on a development model has not been formed in Iran, more than two centuries of effort and planning for transformation and development have also not reached a satisfactory result. Development, advancement, Westernization, good governance, supreme governance, etc., are concepts that development authorities have proposed to overcome backwardness. The difference in these terms has its roots in theoretical divides (identity conflicts, intellectual and attitude conflicts), divides that are themselves influenced by the multiple identity foundations of Iranians. The questions of this article are: 1- What is the most significant barrier to achieving desired development in the Islamic Republic of Iran? 2- What impact do theoretical divides have on development in the Islamic Republic of Iran? Based on the hypotheses of this research, 1- The most significant harm and barrier to the realization of development in the Islamic Republic of Iran are the theoretical divides among the development authorities. 2- Theoretical divides based on multiple Iranian identity foundations (Islamic, national, and Western) have led to a consensus crisis in selecting development models in the country and have resulted in the inefficiency of development models.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; padding: 15px; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">شکاف تئوریک به عنوان موانعی ذهنی در درک و پذیرش یکدیگر عمل کرده و موجب عدم دستیابی و توافق بر یک جهت گیری کلان و واحد برای ایران شده است از آنجا که در ایران اجماع مطلوب و موثر بر الگوی توسعه شکل نگرفته، بیش از دو قرن تکاپو و برنامه ریزی برای تحول و توسعه نیز به نتیجه مطلوب نرسیده است. توسعه، پیشرفت، غربى شدن، حکمرانی خوب، حکمرانی متعالی و... مفاهیمی هستند که متولیان توسعه برای برون رفت از عقب ماندگی مطرح کرده اند. این تفاوتِ واژه ها، ریشه در شکاف‌های تئوریک(تعارض‌های هویتی، فکری و نگرشی) دارد، شکاف هایی که خود متاثر از بنیادهای متعدد هویتی ایرانیان هستند. سوالات این مقاله اینست که 1- مهمترین مانع تحقق مطلوب توسعه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟ 2- شکاف تئوریک چه تاثیری بر توسعه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد؟ و براساس فرضیات این پژوهش، 1- مهمترین آسیب و مانع تحقق توسعه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، شکاف‌های تئوریک بین متولیان امر توسعه است. 2- شکاف های تئوریک مبتنی بر بنیادهای هویتی چندگانه ایرانیان (اسلامی- ملی و غربی) موجب بحران اجماع در انتخاب الگوهای توسعه در کشور شده و ناکارامدی الگوهای توسعه را سبب شده است.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/63/50
