Economic relations in today's world are among the most crucial components of countries' foreign policies for action and survival in the international system. The expansion of these relations, in addition to boosting the economic flourishing of these nations, strengthens political, cultural, and regional ties. Therefore, given the importance of this matter, this research, which gathered data through documentary and library methods and implemented an analytical-descriptive approach, aims to adequately answer the main research question: What are the reasons for the expansion of economic relations between Iraq and Iran in the recent decade? The findings indicate that the role of political, social, geographical, commercial, financial, cultural, and religious factors in expanding these relations has been remarkably significant. Influential factors in the expansion of economic relations between Iran and Iraq during the studied decade include the presence of Iraqi elites close to Iran, shared religious, cultural, and political commonalities, circumvention of sanctions, the existence of a safe shared border between the two countries, and common tastes and preferences in goods along with cost-effectiveness.</p> </div> <div class="padding_abstract justify rtl" style="box-sizing: border-box; direction: rtl; text-align: justify; padding: 15px; border-left: 0px !important; border-right: 5px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) !important; color: #333333; font-family: rtl-font, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">روابط اقتصادی عراق و ایران در یک دهه گذشته شاهد گسترش و شکوفایی زیادی بوده است که تاثیرات بسیاری از جنبه های مختلف داشته است. روابط اقتصادی در دنیای امروزی یکی از مهمترین مؤلفه های سیاست خارجی کشورها جهت بازیگری و بقاء در نظام المللی محسوب می شود که گسترش آن علاوه بر شکوفایی اقتصادی این کشورها، باعث تقویت پیوندهای سیاسی، فرهنگی و...در منطقه می شود. لذا با توجه به اهمیت این امر، در این پژوهش که داده های آن به روش اسنادی و کتابخانه ای جمع آوری و با رویکرد تحلیلی- توصیفی اجرا گردیده، سعی شده است که به سوال اصلی تحقیق، یعنی علل گسترش روابط اقتصادی عراق و ایران در یک دهه اخیر چیست، پاسخ مناسبی ارایه گردد. نتایج بررسیها نشان می دهد که نقش عوامل و مولفه های سیاسی، اجتماعی، جغرافیایی، تجاری و مالی، فرهنگی و مذهبی در گسترش این روابط، بسیار چشم گیر بوده است. وجود نخبگان عراقی نزدیک به کشور ایران، اشتراکات مذهبی، فرهنگی و سیاسی، دور زدن تحریمها، داشتن مرز مشترک امن بین دو کشور، وجود ذائقه و سلایق مشترک در کالاها و به صرفه بودن قیمت آنها، از جمله تاثیرگذارترین عوامل گسترش روابط اقتصادی ایران و عراق در دهه مورد مطالعه بوده است.</div> https://journalspsich.com/index.php/journalspsich/article/download/76/62
