Abstract

Non-governmental intervention organizations in our country have a long history of presence and existence, and have actively worked to address social problems and prevent anti-social events. Currently, with reference to the innovations in the Criminal Procedure Code, we can witness the realization of participatory criminal policy teachings through the cooperation of the Social Affairs Deputy of the Welfare Organization and non-governmental intervention organizations in the process of preventing the necessary conditions for the occurrence of crime. The overlapping functions of the Social Affairs Deputy of the Welfare Organization in its areas of activity, including the prevention of addiction, divorce, domestic violence, violence against women and children, etc., and the enhancement of the effectiveness of pre-marriage educational programs and the continuation of the reintegration of addicts, and the improvement of psychological and social health, regardless of the need for the necessary legal, cultural, and social preparations, require the overlapping of NGOs in their socially-oriented activities.
