Abstract

Today, endowment is not only tied to spiritual and divine aspects, but many educational, cultural, artistic, research and even economic foundations and centers are managed through endowment. The endowment factor is not only the source of good and blessing, but also the factor and source of development in all its aspects. According to the approach of providing basic needs in the definition of the concept of development, the endowment institution is effective in terms of providing material and spiritual needs. The problem of strengthening the impact of endowment on socio-cultural development in Islamic societies indicates the existence of factors that affect its development capacity in Iran, and knowing them can increase the efficiency of endowment in the development and utilization of Its capacity to solve economic, social and cultural needs and problems. In the economic approach of endowment, in addition to the fair distribution of wealth, poverty alleviation and the effective reduction of poverty and employment are examined. In the social approach, endowment, in addition to making property eternal and preserving the good name of a person, a sense of belonging Friendship is also mentioned. In the social approach, supporting the poor, providing for the life of orphans, establishing orphanages, helping debtors, providing dowry for needy young couples and in the cultural endowment approach, establishing schools, universities and educational and research centers, providing Services to students, training of brilliant talents and other things that can create fundamental effects in the scientific development of the society are discussed.
